JAMAICA OBSERVER LIMITED (the “Company”) requires participants of “Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out” (TSO) to complete this Registration Form which solicits the necessary information to facilitate your participation in TSO. - How do we collect your information: The Company will collect the personal information provided on the Registration Form, for example, the Company will process the information provided for your designated contact person that you have indicated on the Form, including his/her name, correspondence phone number and email address. Note: If the name of the contact person you submitted is not yours, you are obligated to obtain the relevant agent’s, officer’s or employee’s consent before providing the above information to the Company. If the correspondent person at your company has changed, please timely inform the Company to change the correspondent person information.

i. For participation in JOL’s TSO promotion which means that the name, address and telephone number of your store will be published online and in our daily newspaper
ii. Verifying your identity and business legitimacy.
iii. Communicating with you regarding TSO
iv. Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
v. We may also use your email address to send you marketing information from time to time.
